Throughout my fitness journey, I found encouragement and inspiration when I trained with friends. From my first marathon in 1997 to my 2018 Ironman, there was no greater feeling than training and racing with friends. Friends that kept me accountable. Friends that reminded me of my goals. Friends that allowed me to whine, cry or lament over long hours of training. And most importantly, friends that cheered and supported me along the race course.  Fast Chix was my way of creating the same "sister-ship" and camaraderie for other women seeking to be a Better Version of themselves. Fast Chix is a mindset--not a pace.
